Hotel a Falling Waters

“They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience. ”

“Clean historic rooms, the staff was friendly and fun, the breakfast could use a protein source instead of all carbs and fruit. ”

“Breakfast was not fresh. Parking was fine. Staff was very helpful. Did not any shampoo in our room. Air conditioner was very old and made horrible noise all night. ”

“Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very quick and efficient. Breakfast was good. I would definitely come stay here again.”

“Hostess Amanda greeted us at the door, showed us the room, cooked our breakfast the next morning. The room was a trifle "tight" but negotiable, and that was the only thing short of perfection. Highly recommended”

“The room and building in general was nice and clean. The breakfast was so, so. About the staff, they were friendly and helpful, but ..........my request for a 5:00 am wake up call was ignored. Thankfully I set the alarm on my cell phone, so there was no issues with me being late for my appointment.”

“Beautiful views close to activities and noce staff. Hotel was clean but out dated. We did get an upgrade so that was nice. Bar attached had amazing food!”
