“Upon arrival there was a couch sitting on the walkway to the front door with a "Free" sign on it. There was no manual explaining: 1) The use of portable heaters or baseboard heaters2) Things to do upon entering or leaving2) Local attractions4) Emergency contact informationDid find a single sheet under the silverware tray in a drawer the next morning. It did contain a few of the above items.Dirty pancake turners, still had dried egg on them. We had to buy several pans and skillets because there...

“Very nice home. Great view. Great location close to everything. Great host. We are already planning a return during the winter for even a better view. Thank you Alex for sharing your home with us.”

“Very peaceful stay really enjoyed our Trip. Justin is a great host. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back”

“The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with high vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking tall trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in July during a heat wave, but the AC worked well. For those traveling with infants, the property offers a crib, high chair, and toys, making it easier to pack light. The comfortable patio provides a lovely mountain view, although we couldn't use it much due to the weather. The spacious and clean bedrooms add to the comfort. It’s also conveniently located...

“Adorable home. We loved the outside area even in the middle of winter. Super close to Bryce Resort”

“Great little place tucked away from people. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to follow instructions.”

“Ten stars! Circle F was as described and so much more! It was extremely clean and supplied with everything needed for our stay and more. Sarah and Dale came up on horseback to feed the sheep & even offered to make us a fire in the fire pit, which was encircled by Adirondack chairs for the ultimate view of the Allegheny mountains. It is such a cool place on the top of a mountain! We will definitely go back there!”

“The house was lovely, modern and well equipped. The kitchen and bath had great amenities and the linens were also very nice. We enjoyed the wooded view out of the very large windows. Check-in and out were seamless and easy. The location was great for us as it was very near my sister's cabin.”

“The host was quick to respond to questions and the property was amazing! I definitely recommend waking up early enough to watch the sunrise over the mountains from the porch!”

“Wow, we can’t say enough about this spot. Private, beautiful, comfortable, great location, well stocked. All you could want for a romantic getaway (but there is also room to bring the kids if you wanted to! But you won’t want to once you see it!) Communication great. Absolutely no notes: 5/5! (We did pick up a tick hiking…please make sure you do a thorough check.)”
