"Food was great. Room was ok. But we didnt have any internet access. Our room was a black hole. The room next had internet. But not us. They gave us a number to a tech guy but after an hour there was still no solution. We were not offered a different room until we complained at check-out to a different ..."

"I checked in to the hotel at 10pm after driving 10 hours from Massachusetts on the way to Charlotte...front desk guy was great...room nice and clean...but sounded like the highway was outside in the parking lot...and then when the AC turned on every 15 or so minutes it sounded like tractor trailers ..."
