“BEWARE. There are better options. If you're like me, Quality Inn Shenandoah Valley isn't where you want to stay. I like budget hotels and I have realistic expectations. All I want is reasonably clean rooms and reasonably friendly staff. I don't mind outdated furniture with some wear and tear, or if the location isn't ideal, etc. But this place felt like an abandoned prison. Totally beat up, floors and walls falling apart, burnt out bulbs, and in really bad shape basically everywhere. They...
