“We were very satified with the staff, the breakfast was good and the room was very clean.”

“The hotel is located within a very busy shopping district. Lots of stuff to do around. Don’t need a car. Can walk to most places to buy food, grocery, clothing, etc.”

“The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight.”

“Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in was efficient and desk person was friendly. Breakfast was good with enough variety to choose from. The stairs to our floor did not have enough light. The hall is carpeted and the odor in the hall (perhaps from the carpet?) is not pleasant. When in the hall, you can hear people talking in their rooms. ”

“Oh wow! What a surprise! Truthfully, I was not expecting much, but the price was right and for one night, that was pretty much my deciding factor, for a downtown location. I was actually anticipating a kind of run-down, old hotel in a backwater WV town. It was beautiful. My room was really nice, and it. was. spotless. Tons of free parking on-site. The front desk was super helpful in finding a place to eat. If I had *any* complaint at all, it was the in-hotel bar was closed by the time I got...
