Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location, my room had a view over the main square, but all rooms have a view. Close to shops, restaurants, supermarket.

I have stayed at this property several times. It’s a new property in a really good location. The Rooms are really nice and it’s always priced right.

Centrally located, close to the main square. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby and they have a snack bar/cafe at the main lobby too. It closes early though and they don't provide coffee in the room minibar, only tea and water.

friendly staff, good service, good breakfast. One thing - I don't know why there was nobody answer the phone when I call from oversea as I had a flight delay so that I can warn the hotel in advance. But it turns out everything was fine, as the hotel staff Ganaa did double checked on my arrival flight was late and met me at the right timing - Thank you very much Ganaa!

Very central, clean room with everything you need but not huge. Friendly staff. Good welcome, breakfast was good. I only stayed 1 night so didn't experience the massage and fitness facilities or the tours available

The staff was friendly and attentive and available 24/7; they took care of issues immediately. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had an excellent view. The hotel is in a safe area within walking distance of many cultural attractions. The breakfast was international, providing options for every taste, and plentiful. There is a grocery store right across the street, so I was able to pick up snacks and beverages and keep them cold in my room's mini fridge. The staff helped me arrange a day tour that resulted in one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful experience.

This was an excellent hotel. Centrally located. Clean. Great service. They have a few tour service located in the lobby(extra cost for the tours of course) but it made it very relaxed and enjoyable. They offered several coupons for things in the hotel and in the City tour building which was an added bonus. One draw back was the hotel has a set schedule and it is not shared until you are at the hotel which is not helpful getting to the hotel in the first place.

For the price, this property was great! The grill restaurant on the top floor was very affordable but the meat was not good. Frozen meats served.

The room is spacious with good view. Clean, provided all necessary toiletries. Bathroom has good water heater and pressure, area well spaced. The bed is hard but pillows were good. Air conditioner works well. The security box has a big issue though. Calling did help but once they left its not working again. Didnt bother using it after. Reception is perfect with effective and friendly staff. Didnt get to have their breakfast because of early flight. 20mins ride to airport during early hours, walking distance to Sukhbaatar Square and has quite some places to eat around.

Parking issue
Over all the hotel was good..except for one glaring issue. It was advertised that it had free parking. The problem was that it did not have a dedicated lot. The lot near the hotel was shared with many other offices spaces and public parking. If I left the hotel in the morning I had no choice but to stay away the whole day because I would have never found a spot. I even tried to sit in my car to wait for a spot..up to one hr!. This took lots of time away from doing other activities due to the constant worry and time spent just on parking. One day had to park nearly 7 blocks away

right in the centrum, new and clean
The hotel is new and very convenient to the centrum. Rooms are spacious and commanding of good views of the city. Breakfast is absolutely superb, with a stupendous range, including genuine Mongolian fare. Everything is provided. For in the design. Shuttle bus to the airport is handy.

The property was located in city center which made it accessible to most attractions by foot. For the price the hotel is a good bargain, clean, modern and okay sized however the TV worked only half the time and the air conditioner was weak in the room and non existent in the halls and during breakfast. The heat was nearly unbearable in the breakfast room that I felt nauseous. As others have warned, breakfast is a bit lackluster because the staff has difficulty keeping the food items filled on buffet line. There’s nothing wrong per se about the hotel but it certainly wasn’t four stars as it’s suggested but it was cheap. You get what you pay for. I stayed at Blue Sky Hotel for a couple of nights and while that hotel room looked a littler dated, the staff, size of the room and amenities are what I consider four stars. I’d give this hotel a three-star rating.

Great Place to stay in UB
I've strayed at several hotels in UB over the years and this is the nicest one I've stayed at so far. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. It had a wide selection of good food available for breakfast. Great location in the center of UB. Convenient airport taxi/shuttle service. And very affordable. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again and would highly recommend it to others.
