Bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable in their higher priced rooms! Can’t imagine how the regular rooms are presented. Now I know, wont go back to this place.”

“Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. An attempt to call the front desk resulted in a connection to Windham call center, who were much more interested in selling me their Rewards program than helping with my problem. I tried several times, even the online local number, but only got the call center. Thank God it wasn’t a major emergency.”
