“The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour...

“No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.”

“The staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I was disappointed that the description of the property and amenities were not totally transparent. I had chosen Rapid River Lodge for the waterpark. I had young children and knew it would be fun for them to play in the water. At check-in I was told the waterpark is closed, they have limited days and hours. They called to another hotel and we had the inconvenience of loading up and drive there for a pool.”

“They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car”

“Great place for a relaxing weekend! So much to do including amenities not mentioned on their website- electric bikes and scooters, kayaks, paddle board, hammocks, pontoon rental, etc. Very accommodating to dogs. Thanks for a fun stay!”

“I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. ”
