“Very nice property that is on the Main Street so it’s convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Only draw back was the road noise, but over all very nice”

“The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that.”

“U only get 4 waterpark passes with the room, this is so frustrating, esp when the room sleeps 6!! I think paying adults should also get passes. I would have liked to sit in the hot tub and not have had to pay an extra $22 for a waterpark pass just to do so!! The bonus is u can use the pass the following day if u want. The waterpark and room were pretty clean. The breakfast is fine. Overall a good stay!!”

“They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car”

“No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.”

“I really have no complaints. Your lodge is amazing. Not like regular hotels. It is unique, beautiful inside and out. I love all the wood, it gives a warm feel to the place. “The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came.
