Hotel a Waukomis

“Nice clean hotel. Good staff. Good value/price. Walls are a little thin so you can hear doors close and conversations in the hall at night when sleeping. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning so the breakfast was ok but a little more variety would be nice. Sidewalk out front to nearby restaurants would help.”

“The bedding was stained and the smell of the room and hallway was very pungent. The photos on the listing are very outdated.”

“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled horrible the carpets throughout the hotel were nasty. The smell of weed reeked the whole floor. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. It’s an old property and you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice but is not heated due to issues with the heater the hot tub also is not hot. Staff was ok for the most part didn’t really have interaction with them. Breakfast is grab and go sandwiches and stuff like that.”

“Staff was great, breakfast was adequate, no housekeeping services, pool (no water), or laundry facilities (used as storage area). Rooms need updates and deep cleaning.”

“Property was well used. Stained linen needs to be replaced. Paint chipping repainted. Exterior doors were not locked. All staff were very hospitable, they even made cookies daily.”

“The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was extremely nice and over all it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Enid, OK”

“I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.”
