“The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. “Don’t book this place. Their serves is terrible! I booked this place recently May 2026 for my parents as a gift for my mum’s birthday. However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her. Mum called back again but no one picked up. This experience ruined mum’s day and they left without checking in and I was charged by the accomodation anyway despite trying to...
