“Wonderful welcome by Jordan & Jack on arrival. Our food was excellent choosing from the starter selections & Jack certianly knows how to cook. Jordan ensured we knew all details about the bar, room and breakfast and whilst bathrooms maybe need some refurb, everything worked and we had everything we needed and the service we received was the memorable part of our short stay. Shame we ran our of time to walk to the beach but very close. We will return!”

“This was definitely the best accomodation we had during our two week trip of the UK. Fiona and Steve were very welcoming hosts. The historic house is cozy, as is the guest lounge and breakfast room. The lounge is equipped with a quality stereo system, a record player and a large and truly excellent selection of LPs. You can select your breakfest and your music of choice in the evening. “We had a family room up on the top floor. It was so cosy and quirky and huge. The whole hotel had a beautiful ambience it felt so Christmassy with all the lights and the trees all very tastefully done. The staff was super friendly. We cannot wait to come back”

We had an issue with our bedroom, which we spoke to the manager Simon about and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Although the pub was really really busy he found a workaround that was brilliant and meant we enjoyed our stay immensely. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. We ate both nights in the pub and the food was excellent (it's always a concern when you have food allergies, but...

“A wonderful stay at Calm Sea Guesthouse. We had a lovely spacious room with comfortable beds and nice extra touches like a packet of sweets for our teenage boys and biscuits for us. Even a mini fridge with fresh milk - what a treat! Mel and Trish could not have made us feel more welcome. Trish cooked a delicious breakfast each morning, and Mel gave us a wealth of tips and suggestions for eating out and places to visit. A first rate stay, highly recommend.”

“A conduzione familiare,il posto é meraviglioso,curato nei minimi particolari.Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria calorosamente.Ci ha fatto scegliere la camera che preferivamo e ci ha offerto un caffè con due cup cake nella sala relax.Ci ha dato anche indicazioni su dove cenare e su come muoverci.La camera é piccola ma funzionale,con set per la preparazione di the o caffè con biscotti e caramelle.La colazione é varia ed abbondante.Se dovessimo capitare in zona ci torneremo di sicuro.”
