“Clean room, very quiet, helpful staff”

“Pensavo che la catena Best Western fosse una garanzia, mentre scarsa pulizia in camera, scale e moquette maleodorante, spogliatoi della piscina da dimenticare... Colazione accettabile anche se la pulizia mancava anche lì. Insomma, sono rimasta veramente male e non ripeterò l'esperienza.”

“The room was smaller than expected, but this was partly on us for booking late with limited choice, but it could have been better maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant were very good with a nice outside seating area.”

“The property is as marketed,an old building that was not built for todays customers but is trying to appeal to one and all with most facilities directed at a younger demographic,although most guests during our stay were of the older generation who appeared to be satisfied.The access to the bedrooms is a bit quirkey in that you have to take two separate lifts,the first from reception on the lower ground floor to the ground floor and then walk along the corriador to the second lift to take you up...

“Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti per festeggiare il nostro anniversario in anticipo. Il personale è gentile e professionale, ci hanno trattato con molto riguardo facendoci sentire coccolati. La struttura è bellissima, soprattutto il giardino e la terrace. Le stanze sono arredate con cura, ci hanno anche offerto una stanza superiore senza supplemento perché avevano appena avuto una disdetta. Un soggiorno meraviglioso, spero di poter tornare. ”

“Beautiful location with amazing views from the patio where we had breakfast and dinner. Room was very comfortable and air conditioned which was a plus at the moment. Indoor/outdoor pool great and we both had good massages. Food was very tasty and we did the vineyard tour and tasting with Emma who's knowledge and clear love of wine was brilliant. Overall a lovely place to spend our silver wedding anniversary and hope to visit again.”

“Stayed in the manor house although checked in at the Club reception. No restaurant open, just the Club cafe, which was disappointing. Huge room and huge, comfy bed with large bathroom.”
