“We arrived at 2pm as we were attending a wedding a few miles away, which started at 3pm. Were told we could check in but there was a £30 early check in supplement. Never known a '4*' ask forvtjos previously. And for 1 hour! Arriving after the wedding to our suite, we had to declare it uninhabitable as a result of the strong rotten egg smellvemanating from the bathroom. Told reception and we were put in a smaller room, and told we'd get at least £50 refund on the cost of the 2 rooms. New room was...

“Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Would recommend eating in the restaurants. Continental breakfast included, good varied choice. Beautiful view from restaurant. Just need to update the lighting and switches in the bedrooms as quite dark and switches were old momentary type.”
