“Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value”

“We stayed in the family room on the basement , although this means sacrificing windows , I think we benefitted from space. We 2 adults and 2 children . Lovely touches such as towels , wash bits and toothbrushes which the children loved. Was absolutely boiling outside but room was perfect we had 3 fans and an air con unit in the room . The lady on the reception was lovely , kind and helpful.. the kids were sad she wasn’t on when we checked out. Will definitely return ! Thank you”

“Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked. Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it...
