“Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value”

“We were given a room in the basement with a slim “window” to the hall. There was also a narrow staircase downstairs that was difficult to manage with a suitcase (no lift). I felt deceived by Expedia and the hotel as this should have been clearly stated in the search results. I would have made a different decision had I known.”
