“I don't why hotels staff usually stick the the bare minimum. I arrived at 1pm, and apparently no rooms were ready before 3pm (really? on a Tuesday?). I was given a room for which you have to take the lift AND the stairs; I asked to change with a room accessible by lift only. I was given the smallest room they had (I saw it from the emergency map). If you are not full, why not given to your guest the best service you can, rather than the minimum? I will unlikely come back here.”

“J'ai été très bien accueillie et mon séjour d'une nuit s'est parfaitement déroulé. La chambre solo est rustique mais propre. Le logement est pratique car il est bien desservi par les transports en commun notamment pour se rendre à l'O2 Arena. Idéal pour un court séjour, je le recommande et, si besoin, j'y reviendrai !”
