“I don't why hotels staff usually stick the the bare minimum. I arrived at 1pm, and apparently no rooms were ready before 3pm (really? on a Tuesday?). I was given a room for which you have to take the lift AND the stairs; I asked to change with a room accessible by lift only. I was given the smallest room they had (I saw it from the emergency map). If you are not full, why not given to your guest the best service you can, rather than the minimum? I will unlikely come back here.”

“This property is in a beautiful area of Kensington. There are many things to do all within an hour’s walk. You can grab groceries within a 10 minute walk and select from many restaurants, all within 15 minutes. Location was quiet, clean and safe. We highly recommend! ”
