“Hotel di lusso in posizione fantastica. Super consigliato!!”

“Bell’ hotel, ottima posizione ”

“Stayed here when attending a concert at the O2 because it’s so convenient. Arrived just before the 3 o’clock check in but the room wasn’t ready until after 4 o’clock, this impacted our time getting ready to attend the concert and find somewhere to eat. At breakfast it was rather a long time before anyone asked if we would like coffee, when it arrived we went to choose our breakfast from the buffet, returned to the table only to find they had taken the coffee away!!”

“Tutto perfetto!”

“I was deeply disappointed with my 3 night stay at St Pancras. After spending the equivalent of 2 mortgage payments, I was really hoping to treat myself to a unique, luxurious experience. Unfortunately I was placed in a room overlooking an empty event space. Even with its lights glaring into my room 24/7, it was still very dark and gloomy. My room received no daylight, I couldn't see outside. I felt shunned, like I was staying in a basement. If I wanted to sleep in a basement I could have stayed...

“struttura storica meravigliosa...secondo me uno degli alberghi più belli di Londra.”
