Resort e hotel con spa a Richmond

“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”

Was a great fit for our family of four, and the separate rooms for the toilet and shower actually made our routines more efficient. “Stayed here as a base for London. Easy 10 min walk to the rail station. Richmond a very quaint town as well and convenient to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court and Windsor. Definitely would return on future extended London travel. ”
