Hotel per golfisti a Richmond

“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”

“Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing...

“Struttura anonima a prezzo esorbitante. Location perfetta. No servizi inclusi (no Wi-Fi, no colazione). Non hanno sostituito lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma in bagno quando erano finiti. Non un servizio a 5 stelle - forse nemmeno a 3.”
