“Horrible stay!!! will never use Guest Ready anymore. Bed was old and left us with serious back pains. The white bedding was so old. The terms and conditions says the heating is set for max of 23 degrees but it trips off after a while and hardly warms up, its done this way to save owner energy bills but at expense of customers, very bad. I was so cold was having shivers through the night and had to buy a stand alone heating Bad shower head, never fixed, complained but was told I have to wait...
