When I booked this it was for an event at Hampton Court Palace- it’s further away than suggested (30-40 min walk). Hampton Wick has a few pubs (including this one) and they’re all nice. Would stay here again.”

“The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. "Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff."

"Struttura praticamente nuova, personale tutto giovane e cordiale, camera piccolina ma confortevole, colazione ottima, struttura molto silenziosa, sebbene ci fossero parecchi clienti, non si sentivano rumori o suoni dalle camere vicine, la via è molto tranquilla e poco transitata, la stazione della metro si trova a 300 metri, il centro si trova a 7/8 fermate dal metro, facilmente raggiungibile, lo consiglio vivamente.
