“The room was comfortable and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! The staff was very friendly, especially Kelly at reception and Ala in the breakfast lounge. Great breakfast. This hotel is very stylish and beautifully decorated. Really enjoy staying here everytime we are in Richmond.”

Since we were on the third floor, I expected help carrying our bags up because I no longer have the energy of a girl, but my children were there to help me. “Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”
