"Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Colazione varia, sia con prodotti locali sia continentale: molto buona. Vicino alla stazione metropolitana e dei bus di Hammersmith, servite molto bene. Alla partenza possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito in attesa dell'aereo, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Consigliatissimo!"

"Hotel molto curato e pulito, con servizio dinpukizia giornaliero non scontato a Londra. Camera piccolina ma essenziale per le mie esigenze, aria condizionata e tutto il necessario. L'unica pecca (che purtroppo non ho avuto modo di sapere quando ho prenotato) è che non c'è l'ascensore e non viene fornito un servizio di trasporto bagagli ai piani superiori. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, anche se quando ho chiesto se ci aiutassero a portare giù i bagagli il giorno del check out hanno risposto che loro non fornivano quel servizio e che se alla reception in quel momento ci fosse stato qualcuno disponibile, bene, altrimenti nulla. È un vero peccato perché in questo modo diventa non accessibile a tutti e per quanto è carino e curato potrebbe sicuramente avere più afgluenza, sopratutto perché davvero a 2 pasi dalla metro."

"Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff."

"I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm."
