“Outstanding hotel, highly recommend. Excellent friendly staff made us feel very welcome. We got a basic double room which was small but efficient. It did have small bedside tables on each side of the bed and a small desk with chair. Nice little nook held the coffee and tea service. Shower pressure was great, linens were high quality, bed was comfortable. We did have drinks in the bar/seating area after returning from dinner and had a lovely visit with the front desk staff. Lots of dining options...

"Ottimo hotel vicino alla fermata della metro che ospita anche supermercato, bar, ristoranti, cinema e palestra. Colazione ricca per tutti i gusti (soprattutto per la colazione inglese). Unica pecca: in stanza c'era solo la luce della lampada del comodino (che era soltanto una)"

"Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem.
