"La struttura è nuova, ben gestita e collocata in posizione strategica a 100 metri da Westminster e dalla ingresso della Metro Pulizia impeccabile, colazione varia e preparata con ingredienti di qualità. Il personale è professionale e disponibile. Attesa un po' lunga per effettuare in check-in. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà la notte di Capodanno per l'ingresso in hotel perché era stata prevista una sola via d'accesso all'hotel. L'accesso era impraticabile perché la gente aveva bloccato il transito sulla strada di fronte l'hotel mentre l'ingresso previsto era dalla parte opposta e quindi non raggiungibile. "
