“We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would...

Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more.
