“Yes the rooms are outdated, however, it was perfect for our one night stay. It was clean and quiet. I would easily stay for a weekend! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service, so we did get help with our luggage. Highly recommend it and there was plenty of great free parking on the property. I think they are working on making some updates to the place, which would be fantastic!”

“The superior room was comfortable and led out to a huge quiet garden. But the decking and furniture outside were rotten. The bathroom had an unstable toilet and a difficult shower. Insulation was poor. Presentation on approach wasn’t great, with dead plants everywhere. Having said that, we had a great night’s sleep and staff were friendly and helpful. Location great.”

“Gorgeous hotel with a really quaint old world feel. Really genourous room facilities. I would have preferred a bath to a shower but I wasn’t given the option at booking. Staff all really pleasant and helpful.”

La struttura é un pó kitsch, l’arredo delle camere basico, la moquette ovunque. La qualità della ristorazione è quella di un pub inglese medio, nulla di speciale. Però nelle vicinanze si trova un ottimo Gail’s Bakery, mentre il famoso (soprattutto per chi conosce Taylor Swift) pub The Black Dog si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi.”

“When we arrived at 10:15pm reception was unattended even though it said it was open until 11pm, so I rang the mobile number & spoke with a gentlemen who explained how to get into the hotel & into our room. The room itself was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable double bed & a kettle & microwave were also provided. The bathroom was very basic but adequate with a toilet, sink & bath with a shower attachment. We stayed for 3 nights & we weren't disturbed once. There's a...

“Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip.”
