“I booked a normal standard room, but I was given an accessible room instead. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. There was a significant amount of mould, the toilet looked like it had not been properly cleaned, and there were stains everywhere. I went to the staff to complain about the condition of the room, but I was told that I would have to pay extra to change rooms. I do not think this is reasonable, as the accessible room was not the room I originally...

“Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in occasione di un concerto al pavillon theatre. Ideale per raggiungere il teatro, cinque minuti a piedi. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento della stanza, dopo vari tentativi di risolverlo, accensione di stufetta elettrica un poco desueta, su insistenza ci hanno cambiato la stanza, più spaziosa e se vogliamo caratteristica essendo in mansarda ma con i letti oggettivamente un poco sfondati.
