“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...

“Refurbishment continues at a good pace. My room was freshly done, quite lovely, and remarkably spacious. Staff was on hand to check me in, even long before normal check-in hours, and did not charge me a premium for early check-in (about 2 hours early). They had a little difficulty finding my prepayment record, but gamely continued searching the system until they found it.
