“Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”

“Single women review - I stayed in the single room for 2 nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of plug sockets for charging & straighteners etc, hangers and dressing table. The Clarence is exceptionally well-maintained. Immaculate infact. I normally stay in big hotels, and they could learn a thing or two from The Clarence. Everything was sparkling and a real credit to the owners. The room had a coffee machine but no kettle. I did have to Google how to get hot water out of it. I...

“Nice clean B&B. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast. The decor was nautical and holiday themed and put you in a good mood for the day. Beautiful view of the beach and the harbour. Easy to walk to shops and seafront. Beach was just across the road.”

“Bra beliggenhet. Fikk god informasjon om hva vi kunne se og gjøre. God frokost med mye å velge mellom. Litt trangt med fire senger på ett rom. Kan bli varmt med bare ett vindu som kan åpnes. Men hjemmekoselig med hyggelige betjening. Kommer gjerne igjen ”
