“spesso utilizzo la catena holliday inn ma sempre e solo in italia. e' stata la prima volta all'estero e in USA, e devo dire che sono soddisfattissimo. tutto li e' stato perfetto e oltre alle me note positive sopra segnate vorrei aggiungere che il personale, tutto, e' stato d una gentilezza unica, se dovessi tornare scegliere lo stesso albergo. grazie”

“Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was extremely clean. This was our second time at this hotel. Room was clean, had everything we needed, breakfast buffet was clean and delicious, room temperature was great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“As I checked in the staff member Mr. Henry was checking someone else in. His presentation was of the charts if I didn't want to stay there but by listening to how well he presented to the customer in front of me. I felt more than welcome and was like "yeah I am staying here". Mr. Henry was Awesome. Then when I checked out the black gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name) at desk that night, he was very helpful when checking out. These two staff members were great.”
