Hotel a Whiteside

“If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise.”

“The room was clean and had a microwave and refrig. Good TV. The entry room door had issues. The entry way was extremely small. I had to park in the main drive and block several cars while checking in. I was hauling a boat. I would have like to have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby as we often leave well before breakfast. The motel was pretty new and so the inside looked great.”

“Great location! Rooms are clean, the towels are quite old/used and would be great if are renewed. Staff good and friendly, breakfast was ok!”

“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Its a good night sleep for a stay over and breakfast options were good. The place itself could use renovations but over goodnplace to rest.”

“The rooms need to be updated and some renovations done, such as caulking, fixing broken tiles, etc.. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the room smelled dirty and musty, even after hours of air-conditioning.”

“Pros: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Cons: The room had a strong mildew smell that was masked with pinesol. The outside door did not shut and seal well, which made it feel less secure. The fridge was a freezer and froze all my food/drink. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The breakfast choices are very very minimal. Conclusion: For $83 it was a good deal to sleep. Don't expect much otherwise.”

“The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.”

“Stopped for an overnight after a long travel day. Comfortable clean bed and nice hot shower! Dog friendly!”

“Never got clean towels or bedding changed or made up for 3 day stay. One tiny soap to use. I room coffee maker didnt work. First morning at 7am no coffee or waffle mix in breakfast area. Advised staff and they did make more”

“Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Paint chipping off the walls and bathroom was in need of repair from water damage. Carpet was stained - in need of cleaning. Staff was friendly. Park was good. Did not have breakfast. Ice machine broken.”
