“We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!”

“If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. “Awesome experience, flight got canceled until the next day, Booked the home they coordinated with the driver and the caretaker of the home and made everything seamless from the Airport to the home and back to the Airport the next morning. First-class experience”

“I checked in and there were dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, flies all over. The worker in their street clothes. No towels in the room. No toiletries at all.”

“The property was still under construction with renovation going on, construction worker at site, outside of property was hazardous, Property is deserted, the bedroom looks same as pictures however the atmosphere was very cold, there was no other guest on the property.”

“I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good.”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. “The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep.”
