“Room was clean but could’ve been a little better. It’s a newer hotel but our room specifically seemed to have a wear and tear damage. 95% of the staff was lovely and helpful I was ignored by a few bartenders but nothing crazy. ”

The staff is wonderful - Shemar at Jerk Hut, Shane and Whitney the lifeguards, Shavon and Tameka the beach waitresses. I would not go back for one reason. Over the weekend, many people who lived locally stayed at the resort and etiquette went out the window.
