Resort a Montego Bay

“The room i reserved is not what I got. I reserved a queen bed and a pull out couch arrived and there was only a bed. They advertise fast wifi in every room there was no wifi at all.”

“overall had a good time. There were issues in the room slight mildew smell. and limited drink options also had to ask for drinks to be made strong. lock your door staff will just walk in the room with little warning”

“Rooms at Signature level were the same. But noisier bec these rooms are also for ONE night stays for party goers! “Exclusive” pool wasn’t exclusive and bartenders showed up an hour later! The buffet has cross contamination with how their food is cooked and also served - with shrimp and shellfish and pork both cooked and served with the fries and salmon and hash browns! “The breakfast was good but needed more of a selection. It would have been nicer to eat in piece without cats surrounding you while you’re trying to eat. The rooms are outdated. The pool is too close to the outside dining area, need a more private area for a pool.”
