“The staff at the hotel was so so lovely and very helpful. We were racing at Oulton Park and it was a hot weekend and they always filled my water bottle with lots of ice so I could stay cool. The restaurant had good food. For a very simple hotel I was very impressed with the staff and also how clean the room was. It's definitely not a super fancy hotel but for a quick drive to the track it's great.”

“The tv in the room didnt work and they don't do food had to order a takeaway. Nice pub next door. Just need a refurbishment and food putting on. It could be a really nice hotel once the work has been done.”

“Accommodation is fine. Breakfast menu is a selection of fried, unhealthy or coated in butter. Needs to be better to compete with other local providers”

“I am elderly and feel that dedicated car parking alongside the accommodation would be useful to us 'older' citizens.”

“Amazing setting and beautiful grounds Great place for wedding celebrations However the rooms were rather small with limited facilities for the price paid. Breakfast times restricted to 8-10 , would extend to accommodate guests’needs. Also a bit disappointing you had to pay a supplement to have half of the items on the menu”

Camera ottima nella depandance, con bagno privato e piccola cucina a disposizione. Colazione inglese molto ricca. Nelle vicinanze: un tipico pub inglese e una cittadina con un supermercato e diversi negozi di cibo take-away. Ampio parcheggio. Proprietari gentilissimi. “Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team.”

“Wonderful location and very kind staff. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which had a very poor signal, and the mobile network wasn’t much better. Unfortunately, this made it quite difficult to work.”
