“We love the Upper House and look forward to every visit. Our room with dual aspect at the front of the house was lovely, comfortable, and spotless. The fan was a welcome addition to the room considering the heat that week. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of options on the menu and laid out on the tables. The food at dinner wasn't quite up to their usual standard which was a little disappointing considering the high cost per meal. Plenty of available parking. A wedding was celebrated...

“The room was clean and reasonably priced. Sadly I didn’t sleep well as the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - small for a double, and it felt like we were rolling together . Hong had kindly given us a room at the back of the house as I mentioned I am a light sleeper, but because it wasn’t the property I was expecting to stay in, it meant it was near to the main road which was quite noisy through most of the night on and off.
