“The property itself was lovely. However, during my two day stay, the water temperature in my room's en suite bathroom was cold, and then tepid, both for the basin and shower. The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom. “Great location, easy to get to, great big parking, nice little village with a Chinese takeout across the street, a Coop close by. Sadly the cleanliness of the room was poor. Grime in the bathroom where floor meets walls. Very dirty remote control, some kind of sauce spilled on the side of the chest of drawers. Bed linen clean and bed comfortable. “Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people ”
