“Great pool had fun”

“No regular coffee in our room and no coffee at 7am in the lobby.”

“It is located in a quiet area. They have smoking rooms. It was comfortable.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“My room smelled like cigarettes. There were bugs and hair in the shower upon arrival and my shoes stuck to the floor.”

“Excellent service from staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Courtyard is private and lights up beautifully at night. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Very close to everything. Can walk to Inner Harbour and Little Italy for restaurants. Would highly recommend for couples, business or just leisure. We will return.”

“The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming.”

“I stayed at this hotel for 6 days while I was in town for a conference. Housekeeping did not come to our room once and our key cards rarely worked. I was constantly down at the front desk asking them to reset my key card, and staff were incredibly dismissive and rude.”

“Excellent location and everyone was friendly. It was a nice surprise to have a life guard on duty at the pool area.”

“We arrived at 3PM which we knew check was 4pm and the hotel listing did allow you to check in early for a fee. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. Once we got in our room we were not able to get the TV to work. We called the desk staff, who was attentive to try to get it fixed and tried himself without success so called his repair staff while we...

“Elevator was out of service and we were put on the 5th floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be kept up and quite a few people just hanging out behind the hotel in the parking lot.”

“Room was not clean towel dirty bed cover had holes and no one was cleaning found spider and mouse dropping everywhere”
