“Super cozy and private feel, room was practically spotless, and a great size. The bathroom featured a lovely colored shower and sink, I was obsessed! Bed was comfortable and the TV in the room was really nice as well. I would imagine a summer stay would be lovely!”

“In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”

“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. “Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. ”

“The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.”
