We are readily pleased with the stay at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town. We came from the US especially for the Poland-Estonia soccer game. The location, customer service and breakfast was pretty good. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to explore more Warsaw!

The only draw back when ordering a Uber is that the addresses are not really recognized by the drivers. They just drive around, and not all of them have the Uber sign on the roof, some only have the Warsaw taxi logo on the door. Makes confusing for travellers like me. But I will say that they are very nice and polite.
All and all great place to stay and lots to see

Amazing and beautiful
"Nothing less than perfect. Very, very beautifully restored. Huge room and bathroom. The pool area was luxurious and super clean. Don’t be mistaken by the fact that there are not many reviews in the app yet. This is probably the best hotel in all of Lodz."
