Panoramica
Participate in a culinary experience on fresh pasta with your teacher born and raised in Syracuse.
You will learn how to prepare a traditional egg pasta: ravioli or tortelli, lasagna or cannelloni, and two types of pasta with local Sicilian flours: busiate, cavatelli and casarecce.
You will use fresh and quality ingredients.
The activity can be customized, if you have intolerances. Teresa doesn't cook gluten-free to respect local traditional recipes.
The experience is ideal for families or groups, children must be at least 8 years old.
To ensure the best possible experience, the lesson is held with a minimum of two people.
Take the opportunity! In the summer you could only find on this site a last minute at a special price, for your family.
If you would like to visit the Ortigia market, Teresa Zimmitti will accompany you and explain Sicilian products and traditional recipes. This experience costs an additional €50, to be paid on site. The tour lasts one hour and starts at 8:45 a.m.
