The activity will be in groups and will last about 2 hours. We will start with a welcome aperitif, with bruschetta, cheeses, cold cuts and a good glass of Sicilian wine. Then we will begin to put our hands in the dough. We will proceed with the preparation of fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli filled with ricotta. Then we will prepare an excellent “Alla Norma” sauce with fried aubergines, tomato sauce and salted ricotta. Finally prepare me the classic Sicilian dessert the “Cannolo” with ricotta cream! We will end the experience at the table where you and your friends will share the dishes prepared together and enjoy your meal!
