“This hotel was average, I'd say. Not bad, not good. The windows on the highway side were thin & could hear the interstate. Walls were thin too and pillows were all feather so not a lot of support. Breakfast was decent.”

“First time staying at a Grand Stay property and we were impressed. The property appears to have been recently renovated and our single queen room/suite was very nice. Having a bedroom (with a door that closes) separate from a sitting area w/ sleeper sofa TV and kitchenette (w/ full size refrigerator, mini- stove, microwave, and dishwasher) is very nice. The bathroom was roomy, the tub/shower had very good water pressure, and the HVAC worked well. The only (minor) complaint would be that the...

“Great hotel, very nicely renovated lobby and good breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small but nice with a hot tub! My only complaint was that the hallways were Freezing cold.”

“basic room, clean. The area the motel in did not have resturants close by so did have to drive to eat. However this location was close to the event that we traveled to Des Moines Iowa for.”

“Very nice hotel. Drawback is that the price goes up when there are local tournaments as the gym is right across the street. Great place to stay for the right price, but will go further if it's an expensive weekend.”
