“We arrived in the dark after a long journey and Laura looked horrified at the 2 dogs as we had reserved a suite which was not dog friendly. She swiftly sorted it out and changed our room. I then enquired about our dinner reservation and she told me that the restaurant was closed as our reservation had not gone through . “I cannot say enough good rhiings about this property. The owners Herman and Carla are the kindest most accommodating people I’ve ever met. We arrived late and they were waiting up for us. They helped with the luggage very clear instructions and details about the property. It is clear in every way that that take personal pride in all aspects and the tiniest details. The room was clean, well appointed, comfortable, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen, radiant heat...

“Liked cleanliness of apartment- everything worked fine. Excellent location for walking into Plaza Major and Old City. Food options very close too. Were able to find street parking although this required some searching around the area. Some details in the listing need updating , regarding what the property offers. ”

Para quem vai chegar de carro recomento ir direto no estacionamento Párking Obispo Galarza (o hotel tem convênio, você precisa solicitar o voucher de desconto quando for fazer o check in). OBS: o carro não circula na frente do hotel, se você for chegar de carro, dirija-se ao estacionamento. Se voltar a Cidade, que é linda, minha vontade é ficar no mesmo hotel. Parabéns a equipe.”

“loved the roman ruins that were at the top of the road from the hotel. easy to walk around to see all the sights. alcazabar from outside was stunning and bridge next to it with the river was a good sight. restaurants good. ”

“No me gustó el que no tuviera parking. Esta en una calle muy céntrica, prácticamente peatonal y sin muchas posibilidades de parking, que no sea de pago”

“This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were directed to a screen outside the hotel to self check in - even though there were two staff on reception. When I complained I was checked in by a member of staff. We had our two dogs with us and access was not easy as there are a lot of dark corridors where the lights are on sensors but do not come on early enough. Because of this I tripped over my dogs lead on the stairs and cut my face”

“Sin sorpresas teniendo en cuenta el tipo de alojamiento. Estaría bien una actualización del mobiliario de las habitaciones y, sobre todo, de algunos colchones. Desayuno bien, aunque faltan dulces. La atención del personal buena. Hay huéspedes que no respetan el descanso de los demás, pero no es un problema de aislamiento de la habitación, sino de educación de las personas”
