“What a wonderful place to stay! We were on the third floor in the Sleigh Room (all of the rooms are named) and it was quiet and comfortable. About a 7 minute walk to the main shopping area - the Mall. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. About a 5 minute walk to Beach Ave. Breakfast was great and the house is beautiful inside and out, well maintained. ”

The Porch staff was great and the young man that opened the door was so polite and respectful.I wasnt able to take a bath due to the stopper wasnt working (water drained out). It was a little warm in the room. Otherwise It was a very pleasant stay...”
