“nell'hotel il giorno prima di partire esattamente il 6 dicembre qualcuno delle pulizie ha approfittato di carpire alcuni dati di pagamento dal mio tablet lasciato in camera facendo con il mio tablet una spesa su paypal di 100€ dove io ho subito chiamato per contestare tale spesa invito i responsabili dell'hotel di provvedere chi è stato a fare questo nella mia camera 87 questa cosa mi ha rovinato la vacanza”

“Simpelt rent bra service rent trevlig personal, inget att klaga på. Hade endast väldigt carmt i rummet men löstes genom att stäng av luftkonditioneringen och öppna fönstret i mellan åt”

“A lovely hotel within short walk to the old town centre. Modern amenities and friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in city.”

“This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest challenge staying here is there are two windows up high in certain rooms and there is no way to darken the room. The roll down screens for the windows are see-through so it does not block the light at all. If I stayed here again, I would certainly make sure I did not get one of these type of rooms as they have other types. I would give 7 or 8 out of 10 for this reason. ”

“Generally, good. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I was also impressed that there was an air raid plan - most hotels here don't bother. The main drawbacks were the lack of power outlets in the room (shocking, in a modern hotel, that there was nowhere for me to plug in my laptop) and the lack of climate control (window sealed, AC/heat did not respond any change in settings).”

“This is the second stay at Ramada Lviv.. but this second time we didn't received the service we aspected for this Hotel. We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available.. "SORRY" was The only word receptionist was able to say .... We kept this hotel for the...

“Samo serce miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Hotel choć klatka schodowa budziła pewne wątpliwości, to po otwarciu drzwi do recepcji nie było już żadnych wątpliwości. Jakoś z cena tutaj chodziły w parze. ”
