“Our check in experience was amazing . A sweet lady named Ashley was working the front desk and was the absolute best . She even came in on her day off to make sure we retrieved all of our packages we had shipped in for the Kentucky derby. ”

“Everything was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Someone in our party left her pillow behind when we checked out, and we got a phone call telling us. We were still in the area so were able to go back and get it. We were very grateful they called.”

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. Parking was the only minor hiccup, but it was easily overshadowed by the overall outstanding experience. My wife and I had an unforgettable stay, and without a doubt, this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Lexington. Highly recommended!”

“The service at the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were great with the small kitchens, and well equipped. There is also lots of amenities around (gas station, restaurants, etc.) ”

“The people were very hospitable. I loved their pool. The room literally has everything someone would need. The kitchen was especially nice with all the dishes, the fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. My room was quiet and everything was super clean. ”

We asked one if there was late check out and she pointed towards a sign that we didn't see and said check out is at 11am. The next morning we called down to a gentleman and hwas accommodating. He provided good customer service. ”
