“The property was clean and the people were friendly, but one of the reasons we chose this place was because they offered cribs and we're traveling with twin babies. It turns out, they actually have just one pack-and-play (they had two, but one is broken). “Room was clean. AC ran all night, did not put out cold air after being out in the heat all day that was no good. Check out was at noon, housekeeping was kicking on the door at 10:00 as if we were being rushed out. Stayed in a while longer and housekeeping just kept making racket. “Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. Drew at the front desk check us in and he was very friendly and a great host.”

“THE HOTEL IS UNDER MASSIVE RENOVATION. It was posted that the pool and work-out room were going to be closed all year, but nothing was noted about the rest of the renovation that is being done. THe front lobby smells very musty. The bar area was not open as it is part of the front lobby renovation. Our room was very "humid" and that made that dirty carpet feel "damp". None of the lights in the room worked, and the maintenance guy said he has to reset the breaker for the room, and they were fine...

“This place has a guest laundry but the washer and dryer only accepts quarters. Guess what? The front desk has no quarters. None. And they had no detergent. I had to go off the property to purchase laundry detergent ($11) and 3 separate restaurants nearby to get enough quarters to wash a load of clothes.
