“Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full.”

“The hotel is conveniently located nearby the Galleria Shopping Mall. Addison Circle is also close, if you want to spend your evenings out. My stay wasn't perfect because the room had a water leakage between the two beds and the carpet was damp. Told to move out of the room to be relocated, when I approached the front desk to do so, I was told that everything had been fixed. Not quit so, and when at night you wake up and set your foot in puddle of water, believe me, it's not exactly...
