“L'hotel ha aperto da pochissimo ed è curato in ogni dettaglio. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli. Consiglio una camera ad un piano alto per godere di una bella vista sulla città, in particolare la notte. La zona è molto trafficata di giorno, e per arrivare al parcheggio ci sono diverse rampe da salire , nonostante tutto l hotel è sempre silenzioso. Consigliato!”

“Der Pool (3,5 m tief) und Garten ist super. Nette kompetente Bademeister. Allerdings wurden keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ansonsten etwas schwerfällig und unorganidiert. Sie brauchen mehr Supervision. Wir mussten 4 Stunden warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig gereinigt wurde.”

“It was a nice room. Good bed etc. but the shower, water pressure was very low. Not a pleasant shower at all. And they don’t even have a soap holder of any kind in the shower. Which is not acceptable for a hotel ”

“I did not stay at the hotel and requested for a refund. I have written to Expedia about this but nothing is been done. I went to the property to check in and was given a room full of dust, with brown water coming from the taps. The water had a strong smell and the tap in the tab bath could not work. I reported the issue to staff and asked if it's possible to get a refund as I could not stay in a room where water was a problem. I was told a refund is not easy & has to be done through Expedia. “The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily.
