“Property was lovely, staff kind and room was immaculate. However, they refused to allow us to check in before 3 pm, even though we arrived after an overnight flight at 10 am. I offered to pay for early checkin and they said no rooms were cleaned. We were exhausted and had to wait in the lobby for hours, along with several other guests in the same situation. This hotel is used by many cruise passengers who are coming from overseas so they must realize their guests will arrive after long flights....

“Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. Very happy with our stay at the Hilton ”

“We was welcomed with a free drink as we were going on a cruise, nice touch! Rooms are quite small but nicely furnished. The pillows and bed were a bit hard for me giving me backache but my husband found them comfortable. Leisure facilities were ok, pool was quiet which was nice but the jacuzzi was full of men who didn’t want to get out, they stayed in for ages, not giving other people the opportunity to use it. Steam room out of action. ”

“Hotel mediocre e costoso per la zona e per i servizi. Noi avendo prenotato all'ultimo momento lo abbiamo scelto perchè unico disponibile, eravamo in 3 persone. Hotel situato all'interno del campo da Golf quindi in mezzo al verde. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Hotel da rivedere e anche da ristrutturare. Il Ristorante Broadstreet Restaurant (non gestito dall'hotel, si paga a parte direttamente) ottimo.L'altro Zest indecoroso, fish & Cips una puzza di fritto indecente e un caos indescrivibile....

“The venue was nice but felt a little tired. The window in the room we had did not shut properly as it was broken. The table in the room was sticky and dusty. The lift had a very poor paint job.
