“Struttura in centro a Saint Andrews, bella camera ma personale poco competente: addirittura al momento del check-out l'addetto ci ha presentato il conto da saldare e, dopo avergli eccepito che la prenotazione era già stata pagata prima del nostro arrivo si è limitato a dire "ok, already Paid" senza nemmeno una parola di scuse. Considerando che si tratta di hotel a 5 stelle non è cosa da poco. Altra nota sgradevole è la mancanza di una sala colazione, che viene consumata nella hall dell'albergo....

“Owner is very attentive. I arrived early and was welcome and showed to my room. It is very conveniently located to Stirling castle,downtown, shopping and dining. They have an excellent restaurant, unfortunately was closed during my stay. I was traveling by myself and I feel very safe during my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I ordered the Scottish breakfast,was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this cute B&B. ”
