After she's done, she casually drops the bomb: "Sorry, no pet-free rooms available." Are you kidding me? I specifically mentioned my allergy, and they still went ahead and checked me in without even bothering to mention this crucial detail beforehand. If they had just been honest with me from the start, I would've canceled my booking and found another place to stay. But no, they had to go and pull this sneaky move, checking me in first and then hitting me with the truth. Unbelievable. And to top it off, when I ask about parking with my disability card, they have the nerve to say they're clueless! What a joke!
