Solita grande conferma questo ottimo hotel in pieno centro.Prima colazione a buffet,abbondante con prodotti freschi e compresa nel prezzo.In pieno centro e vicino a tutto,ampiamente consigliato anche per l’ampia zona relax/bar proprio al piano terra/ingresso.Very good!

Ormai una certezza per chi si reca ad Aberdeen.Grande rapporto qualità prezzo in pieno centro,ed abbondante colazione inclusa nel prezzo già economico.A 20 metri si trova uno Wetherspoon tra i posti più economici di Aberdeen dove mangiare bene in modo economico.Supermercato e taxi a pochi metri.Consigliato

Siamo stati molto bene la stanza pulita, un po piccola dato che erravamo in 3 adulti, ma il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Il parcheggio a due passi ha fatto la differenza, comodissimo! Colazione abbondante.

L’albergo nel complesso non è male ma il terzo letto nella camera è pessimo, si dorme a testa in giù e si sprofonda in una specie di piccolo materasso.

Hotel prenotato d'emergenza per una sola notte, al posto di quello che avevamo scelto che abbiamo scoperto essere orribile. Posizione centrale. Prenotazione online e check in meno di 30 minuti. Le ragazze alla reception molto gentili ed efficienti. La camera essenziale, negli standard della catena. Non ho apprezzato la totale assenza di prodotti di cortesia in bagno, con il suggerimento di richiedere in reception nel caso di eventuali dimenticanze di prodotti personali. Pulizia discreta. Colazione non particolarmente curata. Nella media, per essere un hotel di passaggio. Addebito camera al check in e non al check out.

L'Hotel è in zona centrale ma non dotato di parcheggio (ce n'è uno proprio di fianco all'albergo ma a pagamento). Colazione molto ricca ma il caffè espresso pessimo. Nel complesso la struttura è molto accogliente.

Really nice location, you can walk to any areas downtown Aberdeen. Breakfast is very good as well. What could improve is the room I stayed did not have any drawers to organize my clothes and the couch had a huge stain nobody bothered to clean when I requested. One weekend some guest were so loud and rude they left the breakfast area like a war zone. Staff did the best it could to keep that place clean.

Ok and very reasonably priced. No air con and very stuffy room. Mattress very soft, probably old and needs replaced. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast good. Location excellent and parking very useful

We stayed next door to a Finnie room. Some of the staff are non stop slamming the door and we woken up by it. They did not even think that there would probably a guest next door. Talked to the reception about it on the first day of our stay, who is very nice but it happened again the next day.

It was all fine until approx 5am when there was a commotion in the hallway outside our room , doors getting slammed and raised voices , we couldn’t get back to sleep after it.

Parking was limited within the hotel however there was a council ran card park 5 mins up the road. The breakfast was not the best. Yes there was variety but not cooked to best of quality. Walls are paper thin and anyone walking up and down the corridors amplifies regardless of the time of day

Cleanliness of the room was shocking. The heating was terrible we had to get an extra duvet to keep warm,because the heating was electric there was no heating in the toilet and the tiles were stone cold you couldn't go in without something on your feet. They gave us towels to put on the floor but as it was a wet room it was no use if you wanted a shower. I am still waiting for a sum of money taken out of our account for something we didn't use.If this is the treatment you get for using your website we may have to look at alternative options in future.

Can you believe this nonsense? I ask the reception if they have any rooms without pets because of my allergy, and instead of giving me a straight answer, she starts checking my booking and payment card. After she's done, she casually drops the bomb: "Sorry, no pet-free rooms available." Are you kidding me? I specifically mentioned my allergy, and they still went ahead and checked me in without even bothering to mention this crucial detail beforehand. If they had just been honest with me from the start, I would've canceled my booking and found another place to stay. But no, they had to go and pull this sneaky move, checking me in first and then hitting me with the truth. Unbelievable. And to top it off, when I ask about parking with my disability card, they have the nerve to say they're clueless! What a joke!
