Un buon compromesso
E' un buon compromesso rispetto agli altri hotel similari ad Accra. Il prezzo è tra i più vantaggiosi e le camere sono spaziose. Il wifi funziona poco e male

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che si trovano nelle vicinanze di Accra per la posizione ideale presso la spiaggia di Labadi, la bellissima piscina, il personale cortese ed efficiente e la buona qualità dei ristoranti.

Fantastisk anlegg med god tilgang til strand og fint sted å sitte å se utover sjøen. God pizza. De reklamerte med frokostbuffet, vi fikk en frokostmeny, men selv på den manglet ting som f.eks. yoghurt. Det kom ikke mens vi var der, selv om vi ga tydelig beskjed om at det var ønsket. Krana på badet virket ikke. Det hjalp ingenting å si fra..

A Ghost Hotel
This hotel is a joke!! I, my niece and sister-in-law, checked in midnight on August 17th and checked back out early morning on August 18th. The only reason that we spent the night at this hotel is because we, literally, had nowhere to go at midnight in Ghana. We were absolutely helpless. I really believe that the hotel is no longer in operation. There are no lights in the lobby, the front desk is not managed, no one answers the phones, the decorative water fountains surrounding the hotel (on the hotel grounds) are all inoperative. The so-called swimming pool was dark and murky and did not seem to have been cleaned or used in years!! There seems to be no one working in the hotel. I could not find a maid to change the dirty linen. The door to the room would not open; the gentleman (in jeans and T-shirt) who was manning the front desk, sent a scary, suspicious security guard to my room to fix the lock on the door. The hotel seems to be completely deserted; I saw no other residents during the short (less than 24 hour period) that I stayed there. I was afraid for my life; my niece and sister-in-law were completely terrified. It was like we were staying at a deserted spook house that had not been maintained for years. The local area was a dump. Couldn't wait to check out the very next morning!!!

Everything needs updating and cleaning and decorat
Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I thought they had a power cut while we were there but they had not paid their electric bill. They did move us to a different hotel which was lovely and more like the hotels i am used to staying at.

Disappointing
The hotel is going downhill. The rooms are small. First 2 days at breakfast the room wasn't open and had to go find the staff to put a breakfast together. The bar didn't have anything to make cocktails. The food is mediocre. We asked for rollaway beds & confusion with this has caused me [along with the other issues listed above] to decide to never use this hotel again.

Zéér goede service! Goed restaurant in hotel. Uitmuntende service & humeur van al het personeel! Zwembad 9+ met super ligbedden. Relaxen is maximaal genieten! Tijdens ons verblijf was oceaan-zwemmen te gevaarlijk ivm de ruwheid van de (branding)golven. Maar het zwembad was perfecto! Elke dag goed schoongemaakt! Wij gingen voor de zon, schaduw, warmte & rust. Dat is gelukt 9+

Leuk hotel vlakbij het openbare strand
Veel reuring op het strand, binnen de muren van het hotel rustig. Het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling, maar is over het algemeen erg basic in de uitvoering.

Good for Ghana
For the price it is probably the best in the area. It is not in Accra but taxis into the city not expensive. Many things especially chairs broken.Breakfast OK. Pool is nice but used by people not staying in the hotel who seem to be more important than the actual guests.For us this was the biggest negative as these people totally dominated the pool.Beach not clean nor walkable but this is not the fault of the hotel.

It's Africa People!!! Not the USA or Europe!!!
I have read so many bad reviews about this hotel. Give them a break. For Ghana it is a very nice place. When you arrive they have a wonderful Clerk in Reception, his name is Anthony. Always smiling and doesn't forget your name. The rooms are clean and cleaned everyday by housekeeping. The air conditioning worked. The place is worn down but it is by the ocean and in Ghana. If you are looking for a great place then pay the cost at a nicer hotel. For the money this place is wonderful. You can feel the culture. Walk the street that the hotel is on and see the culture.

We were picked from the airport by Ramada staff on time, but were told they were fully booked for the night and had to stay at Africa Royale for that night. We were taken to Ramada the next day, hotel staff were very friendly tried to make it up to us. The stay was generally pleasant except for an issue or two like hot water not running, which was resolved as soon as was reported.

I would stay again.
The room was not awesome and the internet did not realy work most of the time. However, the location aws great if you wanted to spend your day relaxing and watching the water which i did. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the drinks were cold. The price is right for the location but some work could be done to improve the rooms.

This hotel needs a face lift.
The staff was great but the facility needed a lot of upgrade. The white bed sheets and pillow cases had unsightly stains. The paint on the walls were in terrible shape...peeling and dirt stains on the walls. The washer stall was falling apart and the fixtures were falling apart. The towels were in very bad condition. Overall a bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Terrible hotel with deceitful ads and brochures
The So called Ramada Resort hotel at Coco beach in Accra , Ghana is a terrible hotel that with very poor facility and service. The facility advertises with glossy pics in magazines and brochures as a resort but it is a bed and breakfast with terrible rooms , outdated bathrooms, and very old Air conditioner that does not work properly . The rooms are very stuffy with smelly tropical humidity mold odor. It is situated in a shanty township near the beach but travel to the location is nerve racking and noise neighborhood all night with load speaker music blasting from the shanty town local bars in the neighborhood. I would not recommend this so called hotel to any travelers especially North Americans as the place is worse than a travel lodge motel or B&B .

The worst 'hotel' I have ever stayed in
There is absolutely no way this 'hotel' reaches anywhere near 3 stars. The room we were given had a water leak in the bathroom, sand on the floor and had an overwhelming dampness in the air - so much so that it was hard to breathe. We had to ask to see about 10 different rooms which were the same terrible standard before I demanded to speak to the manager, who eventually gave us the executive suite. This was the only room which seemed to have seen any guests or cleaners for twenty years. The location of the hotel is also not ideal being far from main attractions and next to a very dirty beach. None of the fountains were working and the pool was unclean. Don't believe the photos!

A disappointment really
Just not as nice as I had hoped - but well looked after. The worse was the lack of detail : There was No internet at all and staff were simply unable to help, improve or do anything but fob me off and keep telling me to wait or try again - I was working not on holiday so I had to leave and camp out at another hotel to do my work (as I had pre-paid I couldn't leave).

Schöne Anlage, verschimmelte Zimmer
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett. Leider sind die Zimmer der günstigsten Zimmerkategorie sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Wand war stark verschimmelt und an mehreren Stellen im Zimmer befand sich Rost. Zudem war die Bettwäsche schmutzig. Dafür gab es in dem Hotel die beste Dusche unseres gesamten Ghana Aufenthaltes (richtiger Duschstrahl und warmes Wasser).

this is a nice hotel with a good swimming pool and reasonable food, the beach would be nice if they .it up as there was all sorts of things washed up on to the beach, the staff were friendly and very helpful but the service was slow for getting meals.

Old rooms, shower not working, slow service at the restaurant, internet was out ( a big No No), obviously overpriced..however the beach was quite nice, the free shuttle to Kotoka Airport is commendable..wont recommend anyone staying here.

worst stay ever
why is this hotel even listed? it's far from airport in a local area with bars in dark streets. first room assigned was horrendous with mould in bathroom making it almost impossible to breath, furnishings very old and damaged. requested another room where there was still mould and as it was late, i did not want to move again.have taken photographs which i intend to send to hotels.com. absolutely no-way i would recommend this hotel nor is it a 3* - would suggest that someone from Ramada visit the hotel. i was not met on arrival (mix-up about contacting hotel prior to arrival - if you do decide to stay here, ensure you contact hotel either by long distance phone call at your expense or not sure if they have a email) and had to pay 45 G$ to get to hotel which was almost a 45-50 min drive from airport. I would add that on arrival at Accra airport one is bombarded with drivers wishing to take your luggage, take you to their car, etc so be careful. I requested shuttle for my return next day with another mix-up and and had to wait until driver returned from airport. breakfast was included in rate but as i got the time zone mixed up, unable to try so cannot comment on quality. there is a large swimming pool and this hotel is frequented mostly by locals. located next to public beach which is quite dirty and there are lots of local hawkers passing by. i was hoping for a relaxing overnight stay but this was definitely not the case.

Hotel am Strand
Das Hotel ist etwas abseits von Accra, vom Flughafen ca. 30 min, je nach Verkehrslage. Eine etwas ältere Anlage. Der Service ist etwas schwierig, für 2 Personen gab es nie ausreichend Handtücher, auch auf Nachfrage war es schwierig ein Handtuch und ein Badetuch für 2 Personen zu erhalten. Das Restaurant war gut. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, sogar verschiedene Marmeladen waren da, für ghanaische Verhältnisse überragend. Die Lage direkt am Strand, aber durch den Plastikmüll am Strand und Wasser lieber am Pool gebadet.

Good location with easy access to local bars and to interact with the locals people. Most rooms needs renovation. Deploy flat TV screens. Staff very polite and willing to help whenever required. A reasonable place to stay if you really want to relax and enjoy 'nature' at its best.

Hotellissa vallitsi tunnelma kuin lapset olisi jätetty talon vartijoiksi vanhempien poissa ollessa. Jo heti alkuun luvattu shuttle bussi ei ollut kentällä. Aamiaisen aikana yksi tarjoilija nukkui. Joka aamu henkilökunta kokoontui syömään, hakivat aamiaispöydästä ruokaa, metelöivät viereisessä huoneessa. Henkilökuntaa oli vaikka kuinka paljon mutta kukaan ei ollut kiinnostunut asiakaspalvelusta. Ensimmäisenä iltana TV:stä näkyi paikallisten kanavien lisäksi Al jazeera ja pari muuta, seuraavina päivinä tuli ilmoitus, että maksuja ei ole hoidettu, kanava ei näy, vain lumisateiset paikalliset kanavat näkyivät.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhä
Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, mit dem Taxi kommt man für wenige Cedi überall hin, Shops zum einkaufen in der Nähe, Pool wurde am zweiten Tag frisch gereinigt, sehr schöne Aussicht vom Restaurant direkt auf den Atlantik

Great Ocean view
For lovers of beach, its a perfect view. The Food is quite good. Great need to control insects & mosquitoes. Wish the location was nicer / cozier.

Anlage am Stadtrand mit recht mäßigem Service
Ca. 30 Fahrminuten außerhalb des Stadtentrums gelegene, nett angelegte Anlage (wir hatten einen Bungalow), die allerdings wohl die besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Leider ist das angeschlossene, den Strand überblickende Restaurant für örtliche Verhältnisse absolut überteuert, die schlechte Qualität der Speisen und der schleppende Service stehen dazu in keinem Verhältnis. Am Wochenende Hochbetrieb durch Pool-Tagesgäste mit lautstarker Musik vom Band.
